Childers for Congress launches campaign web site
Site offers info on Childers, ways to donate and volunteer

Booneville , Miss . – Prentiss County Chancery Clerk and businessman Travis W. Childers announced on Friday that his campaign committee, Childers for Congress, has launched its official campaign web site at www.childersforcongress.com .

The site provides background information on Childers and offers supporters the ability to volunteer and contribute online. In addition, childersforcongress.com integrates the networking capability of popular social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace .

Mississippi will hold party primary elections for President, U.S. Senate and U.S. Congress on March 11 to select party nominees for the November General Election. There will also be a non-partisan special election to fill the vacant seat for U.S. Congress in the 1 st Congressional District for the remainder of this year. The date for the special election has not yet been set.
